Meet the Owner

Meet Wendy! Owner behind Sliced Delights, a small local charcuterie & cheeseboard business that mindfully curates elevated boards for all events.


Born in Manhattan and raised in Windsor Locks, Wendy attended Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Wendy took her creative skillset of a tedious perfectionist and embarked in a culinary journey that led to aesthetically pleasing food styling. She fell in love with the idea of charcuterie during the COVID-19 pandemic when the world went into lockdown. What started as a 30 second TikTok trend, became a hobby to her, which then turned into a passion she can't wait to share with you.


For Wendy, it was always about the presentation and of course going overboard any chance she had. Her love for food and entertaining always went hand in hand which is why she believed that in today's market, there was truly something unique about a beautifully styled and well-balanced charcuterie board.


When not making fancy adult lunchables, Wendy loves to spend time with her dog, Milo and her husband, Delmar, who is a proud veteran of the United States military.
